Terms & Conditions
Stormhaven Peak LLC provides IT consulting and technology architecture services as detailed in executed engagement agreements. The firm operates strictly as an IT consulting practice and never provides banking, payment processing, lending, or regulated financial services.
Upon receipt of full payment, all customized Architecture Decision Records, system blueprints, and implementation roadmaps created specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client.
Consulting recommendations and architecture designs are provided on an advisory basis. Implementation, code execution, and production deployments remain the sole operational responsibility of the client.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consulting plans are booked with dedicated architectural capacity. Engagements may be cancelled up to 5 business days prior to scheduled kickoff for a full refund of any deposit paid.
Once technical discovery or codebase assessment has commenced, fees for completed project stages are non-refundable. Any remaining prepaid milestones for unstarted stages will be promptly refunded.
Every architectural deliverable includes one formal review round to refine specifications and ensure all requirements defined in the initial scope document are fully met.
